Bio

Alan Brind is president of Business Brokers New York LLC. He has considerable mid-market mergers and acquisitions experience in manufacturing, distribution, and high technology business, including aviation and marine industries. Alan co-founded a telecommunications networking company serving worldwide markets and subsequently founded a business management and marketing consulting firm before starting BBNY M&A Business Brokerage.

Alan has held numerous officer level senior management positions in large information technology corporations, as well as small businesses and has operated extensively in both national and international markets. He has in-depth sales, marketing and management experience in the telecommunications, networking and data-communications industry, with prior experience in industrial automation of steel, chemical, and paper production.

Alan is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI), a Senior Business Analyst (SBA), a Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser (CMEA), a Chartered Professional Engineer (CEng.) and a Chartered Information Technology Professional (CITP). He is also a founding member of the Executives Connect, an executive business networking group in Rochester, NY. In addition, he is Chairman of the New York Association of Business Brokers (NYABB) Western Region Chapter.
